The mattress runs on 660 individually wrapped pocket springs, so each side responds to the person on it, with support foam and massage foam above the springs for a plush surface and soft quilting under a knitted fabric cover. It carries 120 kg per person. The base is a metal frame with pliable wooden slats, wrapped in dark synthetic leather and rated to 500 kg.
The set arrives in three boxes, one rolled mattress and two flat base boxes, all of which a single person can carry indoors. Assemble the base, unroll the mattress on top, take the packaging off and let it expand.
