Description

The double slatted base measures 137 cm wide by 188 cm long and stands 28 cm high, sized for a standard South African double mattress. Inside is a metal frame carrying pliable wooden slats, which flex under load and spread the weight of two sleepers across the frame instead of concentrating it in the middle. Rated to 500 kg.

The outside is wrapped in dark synthetic leather that wipes clean with a damp cloth. It will take any standard double mattress.

Delivery is two flat boxes, 150 cm x 39 cm x 7 cm and 195 cm x 20 cm x 18 cm, 22 kg together. Both fit through a normal doorway and the base assembles in a few minutes.
